Daisy Group plc is the largest independent provider of end-to-end business communications and IT Infrastructure services to Britain’s population of SMBs, Mid-market, and Enterprise customers. Being independent allows Daisy to source and provide services from across the market allowing it to offer a one-stop-shop and the best deal to its customers.
The services provided by Daisy include fixed lines and calls, mobile, internet connectivity, security, cloud and hosting, product supply, disaster recovery, and managed services.
Souter Investments was part of a syndicate led by Penta that helped take Daisy private from AIM and also funded the subsequent acquisition of Phoenix, which added to Daisy’s product offering and customer reach.
In February 2019, Souter realised its stake in Daisy via a MBO lead by founder Matthew Riley and backed by US asset management firm, Ares.
