The business principally faces into the fast growing critical data centre, pharmaceutical, and electrical power and renewable sectors. The company was acquired from EDF Energy Services.
Souter co-invested alongside lead investor Duke Street, a private equity firm with whom Souter has previously invested in Baywater Healthcare, Voyage Care and Ardent Hire.
