Following recent successful disposals, Souter Investments has made an acquisition, taking a significant minority stake in the Lonsdale Capital Partners led acquisition of Irish school publishing business CJ Fallon.
This is the third co-investment for Lonsdale and Souter Investments and comes after recent announcements regarding Sunseeker Yachts, insurance company eSure and biofuel business Argent Energy.
Souter Investments director Andy Macfie said: “We have invested with Lonsdale in Avalon Funeral Plans and claims management company EMCAS so we are pleased to continue our association with Lonsdale.
“We are enthusiastic about the potential of CJ Fallon and its management team, and look forward to seeing the company develop in the coming years.”
CJ Fallon publishes books for primary and secondary schoolchildren.
