Zenix Aerospace is formerly the aerostructures business of Senior plc comprising of AMT, Damar, Jet Products and Ketema in the United States, Weston in the UK, UPECA in Malaysia and the group’s Thailand operation.
Souter Investments was part of a Sullivan Street led syndicate that acquired Zenix in December 2025. Under new ownership, Zenix will look to build on the strong heritage of the existing business units and bring its global site network into closer collaboration to deliver best-in-class outcomes for customers and supply chain partners.
