Investment Associate
Chris joined Souter Investments in November 2025. Prior to joining Souter, Chris spent 11 years at PwC, latterly with the firm's Transaction Services team, where he provided financial due diligence services to corporate and private equity clients across the UK and internationally. During this time Chris also gained in-house M&A experience through a long-term secondment to the energy major, Shell.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS), having qualified in 2017, and holds a BAcc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Glasgow.
In his role on the investment team, Chris is responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies.
