Based in Surrey, the business is a Tier one supplier to key public bodies such as Network Rail, National Highways, and Transport for London. Before its acquisition by Sullivan Street, Octavius was formerly Osborne Infrastructure, part of the Geoffrey Osborne Group.
Souter Investments was part of a Sullivan Street led syndicate that bought out Octavius in September 2021. Under independent ownership Octavius is expected to significantly benefit from dedicated shareholder focus to capitalise on the strong secular tailwinds in the sector.
