Souter Investments and Sullivan Street completed the acquisition of Tracerco from Johnson Matthey PLC in September 2023.
Under independent ownership, Tracerco is expected to significantly benefit from dedicated shareholder focus with investment into new sales personnel, bolstered marketing efforts and a suite of new IT systems to aid productivity and operational efficiency. In addition, the business will look to grow in underserved regions and expand into new sectors including renewable energy, CCUS and mining.
