PolskiBus.com wins Top UK Investor of the Year award for the second year in a row

Souter Investments is pleased to announce that our Polish express bus operator PolskiBus.com has been awarded the prestigious FDI Poland Investor award for ‘Top UK Investor of the Year’, for the second year in a row.

In winning the award, PolskiBus.com beat off competition from a number of blue chip companies, including Tesco, Aviva, Costa (Whitbread), Baxters and Bupa/Luxmed. The award comes at an exciting time for the company with its recent launch of a regional network of 8 new routes to 17 Polish cities and major towns, and PolskiBusGold, its new luxury service.

The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of Ambassadors and Members of Chambers of Commerce from Poland and abroad.

Piotr Pogonowski, Director of Marketing and Communications at PolskiBus.com said: “Receiving the Top UK Investor of the Year Award for the second year in a row is confirmation of our position in the market. During our four years in Poland we have invested 234 million PLN and created almost 900 jobs. We have changed the image of public transport in Poland by setting the highest standards.”

Launched in 2011 by Souter Investments, PolskiBus.com has experienced rapid growth to date and quickly established itself as the high quality intercity bus operator in Poland with a nationally recognised brand. This most recent award highlights the progress the company has made since launch.
