Meet Our People

The Souter Investments team is led by Andy Macfie who has been in the investment business for more than two decades.

Prior to forming Souter Investments with Sir Brian Souter, Andy spent 20 years in private equity, investing in early stage companies through to large global organisations across a multitude of sectors.

Souter Investments have two investment managers – Calum Cusiter and John Berthinussen. Both qualified as CAs and have backgrounds in property and unquoted investments.

The other members of the team are Janice Bailey, Lynn Robertson and, of course, Sir Brian himself.
