Souter Investments has successfully concluded an investment in and refinancing of Edinburgh house building and property development company AMA Group.
For over 30 years AMA has been at the forefront of the city’s conservation and redevelopment, creating some of the Edinburgh’s finest homes, offices and student residencies.
The investment provides long term capital to the AMA Group and substantially strengthens its balance sheet.
