The management of Investment Solutions (UK) has reached agreement with The Alexander Forbes Group to undertake a management buy-out of the business, subject to regulatory approval.
The management buy-out has been primarily supported by Souter Investments, part of the Souter Group.
Investment Solutions (UK) is a UK Life Company that provides investment platform solutions to both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes and their advisers. For more information please see www.isltd.co.uk.

Alexander Forbes noted: Investment Solutions (UK) is the Alexander Forbes Group's UK based provider of investment solutions to UK based clients and is run independently of the South African Investment Solutions business. Therefore, this development does not impact Investment Solutions, South Africa or how those assets are managed.
